Our primary attorney, Reuben S. F. Wong began his practice in 1964 and has continued his work with Delwyn Wong who began to practice in 1998. For over 19 years, Attorney Reuben Wong served as Harry Weinberg's personal attorney. Mr. Weinberg was perhaps one of the largest individual philanthropists in Hawaii and was listed in the top 50 of the wealthiest individuals in the country. When he passed away in 1991, Mr. Wong established the foundation that would receive the bulk of Weinberg's assets upon his death, and this charity has donated literally hundreds of millions of dollars in the state of Hawaii since Weinberg passed away. This experience in estate planning, wealth preservation, and business law makes Attorney Reuben a leading attorney in his practice and a graduate of our firm calls the "School of Weinberg."
In addition to his practice experience, Mr. Wong is a visible participant in the Chinese community, including the former President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii. He is also a member of the Dai Doo Society, which was formed primarily to serve immigrants from China.
